LIC HFL Junior Assistant Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
Candidates must have a graduate degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India. Additionally, candidates must possess operating and working knowledge of computer systems, which can be proven by a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer operations/language or by having studied Computer/Information Technology as a subject in school or college.
Age Limit
Candidates should be between 21 and 28 years of age as of 1st July 2024. This means candidates should not be born before 2nd July 1996 and 1st July 2003, inclusive of both dates.

- Click on “Apply Online” and complete the registration by providing your name, contact details, and email ID. A provisional registration number and password will be generated.
- Log in using the registration number and password, and complete the application form by entering all required details.
- Upload a recent passport-sized photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a hand-written declaration as per the specified guidelines.
- Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway provided.
- After ensuring all details are correct, submit the application.
Application Fees
The application fee for all candidates is INR 800, plus an additional 18% GST. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid online during the application process. Candidates are responsible for any transaction charges.
LIC HFL Junior Assistant Selection Process
The selection process for the Junior Assistant post involves two stages. First, there is an online examination that will test candidates on their English language, logical reasoning, general awareness (with an emphasis on the housing finance industry), numerical ability, and computer skills.
Candidates who perform well in the online examination will be shortlisted for an interview. The final selection will be based on the combined scores of the online examination and the interview. Candidates who do not attend the interview or fail to meet the minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be disqualified from further consideration.
