IDBI Bank JAM Recruitment 2025: IDBI Bank has officially announced the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Recruitment 2025 under the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program. The selected candidates will undergo a 1-year training program consisting of 6 months of classroom studies, 2 months of internship, and 4 months of on-the-job training (OJT) at IDBI Bank’s branches/offices. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be inducted as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’).

Candidates interested in securing a banking career must meet the required educational qualifications, age criteria, and other eligibility conditions. The selection process consists of an Online Test and Personal Interview.
