Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have successfully completed their SSC/Matriculation with at least a 50% overall score. Additionally, applicants are required to possess an ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in the relevant trade, with a minimum aggregate score of 65%.
- Please note that certificates that do not specify marks, grades, or percentages will not be accepted.
Age Limit
- The minimum age for applying is 14 years, but for trades categorized as hazardous, the minimum age is 18 years. Candidates born on or before 02 May 2011 are eligible.
- There is no upper age limit for this apprenticeship program.
Registration Fee

Navy Apprentice Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on a 70:30 weightage for marks obtained in SSC and ITI. A merit list will be prepared, and hall tickets will be issued to eligible candidates.
- The written examination will consist of 75 OMR-based multiple-choice questions covering Mathematics, General Science, and General Knowledge, with a duration of one hour and no negative marking.
- Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will proceed to the next stages, including document verification, an oral test to assess technical skills and a medical fitness examination conducted in accordance with the rules of the Apprenticeship Act.
