SBI Clerk Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates in the final year of graduation can apply provisionally, provided they can submit proof of passing by 31 December 2024.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Relaxation in upper age limit as per government norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10-15 years depending on category.

SBI Clerk Selection Process
Preliminary Examination
- Objective test for 100 marks, including English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
- Duration: 1 hour
- Negative marking of 1/4th for each wrong answer.
Main Examination
- Objective test for 200 marks, including General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability with Computer Aptitude.
- Duration: 2 hours and 40 minutes.
- Section-wise timing applicable.
Language Proficiency Test
- Candidates must be proficient in Urdu, Ladakhi, or Bhoti (Bodhi).
- Those with 10th or 12th mark sheets as proof of language proficiency are exempted.
Final Selection
- Based on marks obtained in the Main Examination and language proficiency.
