Educational Qualification:
Head Clerk :
Possess a bachelor’s degree obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government”.
Deputy Inspector Class – III :
possess a degree obtained from any of the Universities or an institution established or incorporated by an Act of the Parliament or a State Legislature in India or an institution declared to be deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) or an equivalent qualification Recognised as such by the government.
Sub Inspector Instructor :
Possess a degree obtained from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other education institution established by an Act of Parliament or an institution declared to be deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) or an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the government.
Hawaldar Instructor Class – 3 :
- Possess a degree of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other education institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the government.
- possess “c” level certificate of National Cadet corps (NCC).
- Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed by the Gujrat civil Service classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 as amended from time to time in that behalf;
- Possess a valid driving license for Light motor vehicle and have about two year experience of driving as on the date of appointment;
- Possess adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
Sub Accountant / Sub Auditor :
A degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Computer Application or Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science (Mathematics/ Statistics) or Bachelor of Arts (Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics) obtained from an University established or incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government.
